Not too late to change mind

John Maynard Keynes evidently said, 'When the facts change, I change my mind. What do you do?' It's clear that many people have changed their minds about Brexit and now want to Remain in the EU. Imagine buying a new TV and it doesn't do all the things it promised - you'd take it back to the shop wouldn't you?

Fortunately, we now have a lot more credible information which can help us see if Leaving the EU is really worth it. Unfortunately, studies suggest that the North East will be the hardest hit part of the country if we Leave the EU.

We have data stating that the North East economy will shrink by about 11%, that the North East economy will lose around £7 billion, and the TUC said that 100,000 jobs would be under threat in our region, not to mention the price rises, and food and medicine shortages. And this is not project fear - these things are very likely to happen.

So, if you are a Remainer, or you didn't vote last time and wish you had, or were one of those young people who could not vote in 2016, or you have changed your mind, you'll soon get your chance to vote in the coming General Election. It's not too late to stop this madness and stop Brexit, saving the country and our families from untold hardship and distress. 16th Oct
